Disadvantages of over weigth

There are many reasons why people might want to lose weight. For some, it’s a matter of improving their health and reducing their risk of developing obesity-related diseases. For others, it’s about feeling better about themselves and improving their body image.

However, there are also some disadvantages to being overweight. Here are a few of them:

1. You may have low self-esteem and you may suffer from joint pain.

3. You may be at a higher risk for developing diabetes, heart disease, and other health conditions.

4. You may have difficulty breathing and it increases your risk of developing type 2  diabetes

5. It raises your blood pressure and heightens your levels of LDL cholesterol and triglycerides

6. It makes you more susceptible to developing fatty liver disease

7. Being overweight can worsen joint pain also can increase your risk of sleep apnea

8. You might have more social and psychological problems if you're overweight

9. You will have less energy and causes back problems.

10. You will have a harder time finding clothes that fit, can lead to depression.

11. You will have a higher risk of developing cancer; you could develop sagging skin and stretch marks.

12. You could stop getting your period and might have trouble sleeping.

13. Your taste perceptions could change; Your relationship could change and could get depressed.
